Everything from the sales rep to the finance department was open and professional. They were very professional with the entire process. The building was also very clean and well maintained. If my sales rep wasn’t available there were so many others who were willing to help me with my inquiry. When it came to the finance department it was great to know they had their own banking system and would not be shopping around for the best deal, causing my credit score to drop tremendously like other dealerships have done before. I will be working with Sandia Toyota for years to come.

I have been very impressed by the level of professionalism from the sales department. After being low-balled on our trade by another dealer, Sandia Toyota really stepped up to at least offer what we felt was a reasonable trade for our car. We bought our truck from Brendan and he was great and down to Earth! The service department is great as well. They hire factory trained technicians and I know that results in better service and less headaches when I do have to take my Toyota into the shop (which is pretty rare compared to other cars). I highly recommend this dealer!!!
