On June 28. 2022, my wife and I were travelling from TX to OR to visit our daughter. About 70 miles east of Albuquerque, out 2018 Camry began showing that the lane departure system, the collision avoidance system and the headlight system had failed. I called our local dealer, asking for advice about whether to proceed on our trip or not. The service department there suggested that I contact a dealer near our location, and check with them. We were treated very well on our purchase of a new Camry. I needed something that was overlooked, pointed it out. It took some time to get them to do it because they’re busy. But they did it. They’re honest. They’re good people.

Everthing went very smoothly. Roberto was extremely efficient and took care of my car's needs. The service lasted approximately the time I was told it would. I stayed in the trailer and waited. My only negative comment is that you have to like car shows because that's what was playing on the television. Fortunately, I brought my iPad and could watch what I wanted to watch which made the time go more quickly.

William Worm provided outstanding service as my advisor for this service appointment made for the five month inspection of my Toyota Corolla purchased in February 2022. Wait time was less than an hour for performing this service.

Excellent service dept. AWhwn I first pulled into the service lane I was nervous about how to explain my problem. Both Richard and AJ were very good listeners and so helpful in explaining what would be done with my Prius.

Service provided by MR. RICHARD JIRON was outstanding!!! Experienced uncomfortable pressure to add on additional protection features from Eddy, who finalized payment of my purchase. I was somewhat dismayed by the dealer policy requiring vehicle to be picked up within 48 hours of arrival on the lot due to a large snowstorm which made picking up the vehicle within this time frame quite challenging. Overall the experience was positive, especially given that I had waited nearly four months to be in receipt of the vehicle.

On Saturday Richard Jiron & I communicated extensively about the subject 2007 4Runner that he informed me that just arrived as a trade in. He presented sufficient information that I drove to ABQ on Sunday so I could view vehicle. Richard was off on Sunday so I worked with Rudy Gomez on the test drive & additional questions I had about the vehicle. I did purchase the vehicle as a cash transaction. Sales experience is pretty painless. I’m pretty skeptical that auto dealerships are complete honest about vehicle values, especially when it comes to trade-in, but overall I feel we did good on our deal.

Brought my car in for service based on dashboard lights. My oil was changed, and my tires were rotated and aligned. The dealer did not attempt to push any additional services on me, but did give me a report showing the status of my various components. It took a bit longer than was originally estimated which was frustrating, however I definitely recommend this dealer based on the quality of the service I received and their courteous and professional interactions with me.

Always a good experience and good advice. Car is 2016, my experience covers this period: Informed of recommended services but advised on those most necessary in level of importance, offered time to consider with option to contact with questions. This allowed me to decide which services to obtain at a given time and which to schedule later. This allowed me to budget and I have luckily been able to work it out so I have not had to pay interest on that cost. Appreciated the information approach rather than high pressure sales.

Joseph Esparza helped me select and purchase my car. He is THE best! He actually LISTENED to what I wanted. I researched cars for many months and determined my choice as the 4Runner. Joseph showed me the 3 on the lot and took me for a test drive. He showed me how to use the running boards (I am an old lady!) and because I live so close, he drove the vehicle home for me. I did not trade in my Scion because CarMax offered me $4,000 and LHM offered me only $1,000. All in all, my experience was great. Thank you.

Really unsatisfactory prep. Windows not cleaned, glue from tags still there, inside of windshield not clean.. Costco rules not followed in any way. Manny not authorized as a Costco rep.
